Dock scheduling and time-slot creation
How it works in practice
Planning and scheduling
The logistics manager creates loading and unloading slots, defines dock capacity, sets time windows and sends scheduling invitations to suppliers and carriers.
Entry control and weigh-in
When the vehicle arrives, it is registered at the gatehouse, passes through the inbound weighbridge for automatic weight capture and is directed to the assigned dock.
Execution and exit
After unloading or loading, the vehicle passes through the outbound weighbridge. The system calculates net weight, validates tolerances and releases the vehicle. All data is synchronized automatically with the ERP.
