CEO & Co-founder

Paulo Gaspar is the co-founder and CEO of BRAINR, combining deep food-industry roots with a track record of scaling and digitizing businesses. After nearly a decade leading marketing and IT modernization at two of Europe's biggest poultry producers, Grupo Lusiaves and Scandi Standard, he now drives BRAINR's mission to make food factories radically more efficient, traceable, and resilient through cloud-native operations software trusted by the industry.

Rui Batista

Co-founder and COO

Rui Batista is the co-founder and COO of BRAINR, with 20+ years building and scaling software that runs inside real food factories, from building ERP and MES systems, to leading digital product delivery in one of Portugal's largest meat producers. Today he turns that factory-tested know-how into BRAINR's execution engine, ensuring the platform ships fast, works on the shop-floor, and delivers measurable results for industrial food teams.

Ricardo Granada

Co-founder and CTO

Ricardo Granada is the co-founder and CTO of BRAINR, a veteran engineering leader who has spent nearly three decades building mission-critical software for complex industrial environments. He architects BRAINR's cloud-native, multi-tenant platform and leads the engineering org with a relentless focus on scalability, security, and shop-floor reliability.
