Paulo Gaspar is co-founder and CEO of BRAINR, combining deep food-industry roots with a track record of scaling businesses and digital transformation at board and executive level. After nearly a decade leading marketing and IT modernization at Grupo Lusiaves and building ventures as Executive Chairman at Casper Ventures, he now drives BRAINR’s mission to make food factories radically more efficient, traceable, and resilient through cloud-native operations software trusted by the industry.
Rui Batista is co-founder and COO of BRAINR, with 20+ years building and scaling software that runs inside real food factories, from ERP foundations at Alidata to leading digital product delivery in one of Portugal’s largest producers. Today he turns that factory-tested know-how into BRAINR’s execution engine, ensuring the platform ships fast, works on the shop floor, and delivers measurable results for industrial food teams.
Ricardo Granada is the co-founder and CTO of BRAINR, a veteran engineering leader who has spent nearly three decades building mission-critical software for complex industrial environments. He architects BRAINR’s cloud-native, multi-tenant platform and leads the engineering org with a relentless focus on scalability, security, and shop-floor reliability, turning deep expertise in event-driven microservices, AWS, and enterprise integration into a product factories can trust to run operations at scale.
