It manages flock and farm data, integrates with breeder and farm systems and tracks yield, caliber distribution, rejects and supplier performance.
For warehouse and logistics, BRAINR supports receiving, put away, picking, palletization, SSCC validation, shipping and loading. It connects warehouse movements to production and sales orders, ensuring full stock accuracy and expiry tracking.
For quality, BRAINR enables digital QC checks, HACCP controls, CCP validations and audit-ready records. All quality data is time stamped, linked to batches and available for internal teams and auditors.
The platform integrates with ERPs to sync sales orders, purchase orders, inventory, master data and customers. It replaces spreadsheets, manual paperwork and disconnected tools with a unified operational system.
